This is a great card if you have a small image that you want to use as your focal point on a card, as in my second card,
To create this card, start with a card base of 5-1/2" X 8-1/2", scored in half at 4-1/4".
Open your card base and put it in your paper trimmer with the top edge of your card at 3".
Cut a slit from 5/8" to 3" (at 3").
Turn your card base to the front, with the edge of your card at the top of your trimmer, and the top of your card to the left. Cut a slit, again from 5/8" to 3". The slits should meet at 3".
Turn the corner down to create the fun fold.
The layers I used above were:
2-1/2" X 2-1/2" square of white
2-3/4" X 2-3/4" square of Blushing Bride.
and 4-1/4" X 5-1/2" layer of white for the inside of the card.
The Happy Birthday sentiment was stamped on a piece of white cardstock 3-1/4" X 1-1/4", layered on Blushing Bride cardstock 3-3/4" X 1-1/2".
This card was made with Quiet Meadow stamp set (155082-floral image), Elegantly Said (155095-sentiment), Flirty Flamingo Stampin' Write Marker, Melon Mambo Stampin' Write Marker, Just Jade Stampin' Write Marker, and Basic Gray Inkpad. The cardstock is Flirty Flamingo, Pale Papaya and Basic White.
