Simple DSP cards

I love this card layout for that Designer Series Paper when both sides compliment each other.

Start with a card base of 8-1/2" X 5-1/2". Score in half at 4-1/4", then cut at 5-1/4" to create your card base.  While you have the trimmer out, cut a piece of cardstock to 1" X 5-1/2".

Emboss the 1" X 5-1/2" piece.

Adhere a piece of DSP that is 4" X 5-1/4" to the 1" flap, centering it on the card base.

Adhere the embossed 1" X 5-1/2" piece over the DSP to sandwich the DSP between the cardstock.

If the cardstock is dark, adhere a piece of Basic White (Very Vanilla or Basic Beige) inside your card.  If the two sides of the DSP don't coordinate very well, adhere a piece to cover up the back side of your card flap.

I prefer to keep what I add to a minimum and let the DSP do the work, but it's your card

I shared this next card in my September 16th video, but after the video, I added the 2 evergreen trees.

All of these cards were made with the Sentimental Christmas DSP, which is our Making a Difference product this fall.
