My April 2025 Card Club

 Introducing my monthly Card Club!

UPDATE:  I'm extending the registration deadline to April 13th!

This is the first of my monthly card clubs. We’ll be focusing on patterned paper and coordinating cardstock. You’ll receive 1/4 pack of patterned paper and assorted coordinating cardstock, ribbon and embellishments. The purpose of the club is to get you crafting! I’ll keep the kits smaller both to keep costs down and not add too much to your craft stash. It will be similar to our Paper Pumpkin kits—we’ll have a theme each month. You’ll be able to add on any stamps, dies or punches I use to create my samples, except for this month, the floral images I used will not be available to customers until May 6, 2025.

You’ll receive a pdf with directions for my cards. I’ll share photos as well, and options and tips for creating each card.

As a bonus, I’ll be including 5 card guides (sketches) with measurements that you can use to create with the extra patterned paper in the kit.

For this first kit I have a limited quantity. I’m using patterned paper from my 2025-2026 Annual Catalog preorder and I could only order 2 packs. Also I’m including just a part of a pack of embellishments along with ribbon. I’m thinking I’ll include a full pack of embellishments in future kits.

April Card Club:

Focus: Florals in Bloom (new annual catalog suite)

  • Cardstock colors-at least 1/2 sheet of each color: Bubble Bath, Cloud Cover*, Darling Duckling*, Shy Shamrock, Strawberry Slush*, Timid Tiger*

  • Embellishments: 2025-2027 In Color Flat Pearls - a part of a pack (30 pearls)

  • Foiled Frames & Labels Ephemera Pack - a part of a pack (1 sheet)

  • Assorted layers and Labels die cut in Basic White

  • PDF instructions with photos for these 2 card designs.

  • NOTE:  When making just 1 of the fun folds, I realized that I need to include more colored cardstock.

Additional products I’ll be using on my card samples:

  • Pretty Florals stamp set (not the dies, I don’t have them yet)

  • Simply Said and Tags of Thanks stamp sets

  • Inks: a variety like Bubble Bath, Granny Apple Green, Strawberry Slush*, and Timid Tiger*. There are 13 colors in this pattered paper; you’ll likely have something to coordinate. You can always use black or gray for your sentiments.

To make your cards, you'll need:

  • a paper trimmer.  Our Paper Trimmer includes a scoring blade as well as a cutting blade.  This is so helpful with fun fold cards.
  • adhesive.  I used liquid glue and Stampin' Dimensionals (double-sided foam adhesive)
  • stamps and ink--you could add sentiments with calligraphy, but my penmanship is awful
  • scissors for fussy cutting 

Here are 4 of the cards you’ll be able to create.  The first card is a quick, fun fold card that I'm calling a Mini Z-fold.  You'll be able to mix and match the patterns and scraps.







These are also fun fold card, where you get to see both sides of the patterned paper.


Stamp sets I used on these cards. You may have stamp sets with simple florals and sentiments that would fit on the labels in the kit.
